Current practice consists of the following major practice
areas:
Family Law - Matrimonial litigation,
post-judgment proceedings, domestic violence, custody
parenting time, child support, removal of child from New
Jersey.
Civil Litigation - Plaintiff's
personal injury, general commercial litigation, business
disputes, administrative proceedings, injunctive relief.
School Law - Representation of Boards
of Education in all aspects of school law. More than 20
years' experience in special education law, from
administrative proceedings to federal court. Representing
both boards and individual petitioners in special
education matters. I have frequently been asked to be a
guest speaker on issues of school law and special
education law.
Criminal Defense - In all state and
federal courts, motion and trial practice. Bail
applications. Jury trials. Expungement proceedings.
Real Estate - Residential and
commercial, preparation of contracts and lease
agreements.
